  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. You may list multiple works in a single notice.

  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and valid email.

    • “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

Send the complete notice to the Designated Agent listed above. Incomplete notices may be ignored.

3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

  • We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.
  • If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
  • We will inform the party who provided the content that their material has been removed and provide them with a copy of the notice.
  • We will keep a record of the takedown request for legal compliance.

4. Filing a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send the counter-notice to our Designated Agent. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order to keep the material down, we may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days.
